Instructions

Before submitting your abstract, please complete all the following fields in the form. Please note the following instructions when completing the form

• Abstract text:

The abstract must include the following sections: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and must not exceed 250 words. It must be uploaded in Word format converted into a PDF file; Font to be used: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

• Curriculum Vitae

Authors are required to upload their Curriculum Vitae in PDF format, signed in original, including their tax code, address, telephone number, and email address

The system will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the abstract.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO 12 JUNE 2026.

All abstracts will be presented at the Conference in poster format; The Scientific Secretariat will select the three best submissions. The authors of these three works will receive an award, and the author of the best submission will receive a cash prize of €500 net (RA/VAT excluded).
Authors must be registered at the Conference.
