Instructions

Before submitting your abstract, please fill out all the fields in the form. Please follow these instructions when filling out the form

• Abstract:

The abstract must include the following sections: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and must not exceed 250 words. It must be uploaded as a PDF file created from a Word document; font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

• Curriculum Vitae

Authors are required to upload their Curriculum Vitae PDF format, signed in the original, including their tax ID number, address, telephone number, and email address

The system will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the abstract.

THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO JUNE 12, 2026.

All abstracts will be presented at the conference in poster format; the Scientific Secretariat will select the three best submissions. The authors of these three works will receive an award, and the author of the best submission will receive a cash prize of €500 net (excluding RA/VAT).
Authors must be registered for the conference.
